JANOG's value has been supported by wide variety of attendee's knowledge, interest and honest exchange of opinions.
As the community grows large, more variety of discussion becomes possible with the people with different values and views.
In the course is on its growth, it is important to maintain the condition of the participants being respected as individuals.
While looking at the other communities, after various harassments and responses to the problems, these communities are starting to define a minimum Code of Conducts for the participants.
JANOG would also like to have an opportunity to consider what we wish to keep, and hope to come up with the one which fits us all.
