Content Providers' Submarine Cable Demand & New Cross Pacific Cable System Landing in Japan
Abstract
Microsoft has been significantly investing in subsea capacity by engaging in partnerships that span multiple oceans and continents. The New Cross Pacific (NCP) Cable Network is the latest one. In the session, I would like to provide an insight why content providers are taking a more active role in a submarine cable construction. Additionally, Japan cable landing video that was taken on the day will be screened.
