NFV and SDN : Standardization/Implementation Trends and Operation Issues
Abstract
There have been many different things to be virtualized so far, and FW also has been virtualized (VNF).
As physical appliances has been, VNF could also be used with combinations of multiple VNF.
And SDN is used to bind multiple VNF.
In this session, I would like to deeply discuss it by introducing standardization, good points of operating NFV+SDN, and challenges.
