By the recent natural disasters in country, e.g. earthquakes and typhoons, infrastructure services providers have faced cases of difficulties.
In this session, based on the natural disaster cases (super wide power outage, flooding by typhoon), we would like to discuss service continuity justifications, response to the events beyond expectation, and how to consider facilities & service operations.
