Let's MANRS!

Abstract

Since September 2014, ISOC has been offering "Mutually Agreed Norm for Routing Security (https://www.manrs.org/)" to maintain and improve routing security.

The JPNIC Web site also provides a Japanese translation of the "Agreed Code for Routing Security."

We are cooperating with the spread and enlightenment of this.

In the translation in the beginning of 2016, it was a bit hard to express, but considering the activities and contents,

The title "Action Required for Routing Security" may be more appropriate.

At the beginning, MANRS was an educational activity for network operators, focusing on actions to be taken.
Recently, it seems to be expanding to internet exchange and contents business.

The participating organization in Japan is not ZERO, but it is very few, and it is an opportunity to go beyond ONE.

From JANOG 44, I would like to start the popularization in Japan.
