JANOG38 Meeting Committee outsources the registration of Conference and Social Event, and related financial management to e-side, Inc. http://www.e-side.co.jp/en/

Online Registration has been closed as of 28th Jun. Noon (JST)

On-site registration for the meeting is accepted at the venue during JANOG38. (not for the banquet.)

Please bring your name card*2 for the registration.

Read carefully through the registration page, (scroll down) and select the programs you wish to attend.
Answer the required questionnaires and click "Next"
Confirm the selected items, etc. and click "Next" (or "Reset Order" to go back")

Cancel the Meeting registration (free program only)

Login > Registration/Confirmation > History > Cancel registration on the right top of JANOG38 > select program(s) > proceed for "Cancel"

Cancel the Social event (Not able to cancel online.)

I need a receipt of the fee

The receipt will be provided on the day of the meeting.
