概要
In an environment that is becoming more online-centric, phishing emails continue to increase, and the brands that are spoofed are also diversifying. In other words, the current situation is too defenseless, as anyone can be spoofed. For example, an e-mail disguised as a special benefit that tricks the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is sent, and the sender tries to get in with the times. Of course, these emails could easily be detected if the sender authentication technology DMARC was installed. However, its widespread use is not yet sufficient for both sending and receiving emails. In this session, we will introduce the situation and techniques of phishing emails, and show how the countermeasure technology (sender authentication DMARC) has an effect on them. After that, We would like to discuss measures to popularize the sender authentication technology DMARC.
