概要
The Internet, which is already a infrastructure, can be disrupted by disasters and political situations. In the cases of Myanmar on January 30, 2021 and Texas on February 15, 2021, the Internet was shut down and the traffic volume was observed to be reduced. In the case of the February 13 earthquake off the coast of Fukushima, we observed fluctuations in Internet traffic, and in the case of a political situation where the Internet is blocked or bent. We would like to share what kind of measures can be taken and discuss from each standpoint.
