BGP Hijack Issues 2015

Abstract

On Nov 06 2015, we experienced a huge BGP hijack issue (*) by AS9498. In this session, we'd like to talk about what happened on the day in AS2914 and show actual data which we saw during the hijack issue, like what prefixes were hijacked and advertised to the internet. Also, we'll talk about general preventive solutions against such BGP hijack issues.
