Abstract

How can ISPs survive continually increasing traffic without increasing connection fees for end-users?
Let's share our know-how to reduce network cost.
Regional network providers have the bandwith barrier of 10GbE right now, and some problems about transit, IX, and IPv4 address exhaustion.

Though quality is a valid concern, we will focus this discussion on cost.
