xFlow Tutorial
Abstract
xFlow(NetFlow, sFlow and IPFIX) has a long history as traffic monitoring technology. In addition to telecommunication companies, it's been widely used in the LAN and WAN of companies and organizations. On the other hand, some can't take the plunge and introduce it or they did but can't use it effectively of some reason:its specification differs with vendors, devices or the release dateof itsimplementation. While this technology is mature, it's still being improved upon.
In this tutorial, we will introduce necessary knowledge to deploy xFlow into your networks, FAQs on actual operation and also possible difficulties you may encounter at deployment. We will teach you not only the protocol, but also practical knowledge and techniques.
