Abstract

Because of the depletion of ARIN's IPv4 address pool, IPv4 addresses are being allocated from the 23.128.0.0/10 prefix to facilitate IPv6 deployment. Within this IPv4 prefix, IPv4 ranges are being allocated with the maximum size of /24 and the minimum of /28, making it different from the previous policy. I would like to simply talk about the influence on network operations due to this policy change.
