These days, we are operating more than 100 services such as ISP, VPN, DC, mobile, hosting, IoT, and AI by functional organization.
The Dev team, which creates new services, and the Ops team, which supports operations, are completely separated.
The Ops team is also divided into multiple operations teams.
How do we standardize operations in siloed organization?
This presentation will focus on what we have been working on.
