Abstract
Recently NW Automation development has become popular. However, it is team development with a small number of people under various constraints in many cases. Agile Scrum development is widely known to maximize the output of team development with a small size of team.
Many teams have actually adopted Scrumdevelopment, but we don’t have few opportunity to hear of other teams Scrum development situation. In
particular, we think that Scrum development in NW automation would be a good topic for discussion as a topic unique in JANOG.
Our team has been using Scrum development for about 2 years, and we would like to
introduce the affinity with NW automation that we have experienced, the problems we are facing as well in practice, and our effort, etc.
Moreover, We are looking forward to discussing regarding current Scrum in NW
automation development.
