JANOG Comments

JANOG Comments(JCs) comprise JANOG's official documentation series. JCs are of two types - administrative and technical.
Administrative JCs are numbered JC0 -- JC999 and are drafted and reviewed within JANOG Committee before being released.
Technical JCs are numbered JC1000--, and can be authored by any JANOG member. A draft for a techinical JC is proposed on the JANOG Mailing list, discussed among JANOG members, and becomes a JC after getting a consensus.

JANOG i18n Team will work on translation into English of JCs which seem to be valuable for reference in English.
