Regional Infrastructure Service Provider Dilemmas, and the Future

Abstract

Regional infrastructure service providers are always facing the challenge of the competition with the major providers. Their weakness is that they don't have sufficient agility for deploying new services and the appeal of a large established organisation.

Under the circumstances, the engineers that work for regional providers need to take various roles, more than just operating their infrastructure, and learn a wide range of skills and knowledge. This program will provide an opportunity for the discussion and sharing of the problems, and the vision that the regional providers have.
