Talk Session: Women in JANOG

Abstract

We generally do not have gender segregation in our industry but there are still some concerns for women to continue careers in the long term.
Let's share experiences and support women who are positively working and devoted. Participation is not restricted to women.

* Women in ops: Use tools, not rely on height and strength. 
  Let's use body flexibilities & joints! Brain! And men! 
* Women in Management posts: are there gender differences?
* Relationships with other women through work: 
  Marriage, raising children, taking care of family
* To work in a happy environment: What would be a good first step?
