Title

Continued Efforts Against Emerging Threats - Update from NTP working group of JANOG

Abstract

In recent years, some threats have been neglected, for example the NTP Reflection Attack has been a known issue for many years.

In general, when an attack method is addressed, an another attack method soon appears and becomes an epidemic. There is a high possibility that currently the neglected issues will be exploited and become threats.

In this session, we report on the progress and results of the efforts of the NTP Working Group, and also where we picked up also on various issues that are neglected other than NTP, we will then have a discussion to promote awareness.
