Abustract
Some of the results of the analysis of failed products over the past three years will be introduced, and the inspection and operation methods used as countermeasures will be discussed. I will also touch on countermeasures, but although few of them have been confirmed to be effective and are not worthy of recommendation, I will introduce the speculations that led to them and aim to be a reference for your stable operation.
