Abstract
The challenge of operating a cloud network is to operate and manage an ever-increasing number of servers, storage, and networks at optimal operating costs and with improved quality.
In this presentation, we would like to discuss with the audience with examples as 8 secrets to overcome the challenges of limited operational costs, increased operational target, and the need for quality improvement, while adopting ITIL.
The presentation will be divided into two sections: points where operations should change and points where they should continue. Please look forward to the presentation on the day to find out what the 8 secrets are.
