Abustract

Due to COVID-19 disaster, international communication service revenues has to come a sharp decline, and revenues are not expected to return to previous scale even after the COVID-19 disaster.

In the domestic mobile telecom service market as well, the need for a drastic review of the maintenance and operation model is becoming more and more necessary, as a medium-term to long-term decline in revenues is expected due to the highly competitive market situation.

Therefore, by reforming the current operation system through the introduction of a new system and the organization of operation tasks, we are aiming to achieve ZTO (Zero Touch Operation) method for international mobile service monitoring and drastically improve our operational efficiency.

In this presentation, we would like to share the knowledge we have gained through the study of ZTO method for international mobile service monitoring, and discuss the issues when applying ZTO method to general equipment monitoring and cloud monitoring, thereby contributing to the future development of the industry.
