Abustract

In this session, we will have time to discuss the operation of JANOG with the audience.
We envision this session to be similar to the IAB Open Mic and IAOC Open Mic at IETF.

After the regular JANOG update report, all of the steering committee members will take the stage and invite questions, comments, and suggestions from the audience.
We would like to have a frank discussion about how to manage the meeting, cooperation with other communities, what kind of activities JANOG should do to be a valuable organization, and what kind of functions JANOG needs to have.
