Abstract

I would like to introduce an example of how ordinary engineers in general companies can output the great knowledge and know-how they have acquired in their daily work (monitoring, operation, maintenance) in the form of a technical fanzine.
We would like to discuss about generalize and systematize of it, return it to the industry and society, with handling of confidential information and the restrictions of side jobs and multiple jobs.
