Abustract

What do you think about Layer ONE?
It locates at the bottom of the OSI reference model in the case of IEEE802.3.
In the case of equipment, We can think Repeater Hub, Media Converter, and so on.
What about the cables such as Optical and Metal?
They aren’t strictly Layer ONE because of a physical transmission medium.
However, I will include the cables in Layer ONE in this program.
By the way, Layer ONE that the developer looked at is “it is normal that the link is up. When the link is down, it is in a hurry(?).”
And, we feel a requirement, “we just want to connect easily, but we want to find out the point of trouble during the event of a failure.”
I will introduce common inquiries and trouble cases about Layer ONE.
